General Manager

Jennifer brings a career of high impact organizational management in transitional countries to her leadership role at Swordfish.  With expertise in broadcast media and messaging globally, she guides teams to reach critical audiences with strategic communications and targeted narratives.

Jennifer holds a degree in journalism from the University of Missouri at Columbia and has additional education in journalism from Moscow State University in the Russian Federation.  

Principal, Risk Advisory

William Farrell is a senior advisor with extensive experience supporting governments and international partners in politically complex and high-risk environments. He advises decision-makers on anticipating and mitigating political, institutional, and social risks that undermine execution of strategic projects, partnerships, and investments. Drawing on experience across U.S. government, multilateral institutions, and international implementation, William brings a practical, execution-focused perspective to complex operating environments. He holds a Ph.D. in international affairs and serves on the faculty of the University of Maine’s School of Policy and International Affairs.
